Introduction-

In the interest of knowledge of public domain, it is mentioned that the name of my College is Adarsh Shri Vasudev Inter College Gutwan Jaunpur. All most 1000 Students are studying in this campus . My College is an ideal College from the point of view that essential goodness of human being can be provoked through love and understanding. In college campus all that faculties are available regarding the need of the children. For the uplift meant of students, progressive steps are taken of behalf of me and management committee. The journey of progress can be noticed in steps-

Stage 1- In 1982 Junior High School was opened because the children of the locality fill difficulties to get education after primary education. Basic requirements of the region made the villagers and social workers to help for the development of school starting was from cottage and cement shade.

Stage 2- When the management enhanced the facilities High School was opened in 2002 with Library, Teachers Room, Class Rooms, Computer Room along with Principal Chamber. Now main focus was given for the physical, Mantel and intellectual development of the students. My manager Said that walls do not teach, it is teacher who impart quality and virtue in students. He always emphasized on discipline, language and habits.

Stage 3- In 2006, the college got recognition of Intermediate art stream and my institute again in 2015 received recognition in Intermediate Science stream. Now all the essential subjects are being taught thoroughly by the trained and experienced teachers and lecturers. Guest teachers from different college are also invited time to time for their valuable lectures so that students may be aware of the facts and may be motivated for the higher education and competition. Keeping in mind that the present age is the age of competition. No compromise with quality.

Stage 4- When I got the charge of Principal I made many charges for the value based education. Study and extra curriculum are being run in college campus. I started mission Clean School, Green School,. Students are motivated to plant the saplings in campus. At present time my college looks very beautiful and natural. In the month of November every year games and sports are organized and on Bal Divas (Children’s Day) a stage programme on the life history of the first Prime Minister of India. Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru is displayed by the selected and artistic students. Prizes and awards are distributed by the Manager in charge for the motivattion of the children. Essay competition on Gandhi’s life and Lal Bahadur Shastry’s life are organised on 2 October every year.

Stage 5- During Covid 19, the online classes were started although a lot of difficulties were also faced because of unavailability of Android mobile to the most of the students. My main emphasis is on all round development of the students studying in my campus.

Conclusion- One can jump to the conclusion that all the required facilities as Library, Science laboratory, Twenty one neat and clean class rooms excluding Principal Chamber and staff room. Guard room are also available . This college is in rural area and fully experienced staffs.
