Established in 1916, the Vasudev Sansthan is the oldest Sansthan in Jaunpur (u.p.). Organized in several Faculties, Courses, Centers, Colleges and several other units, the Sansthan conducts teaching in many areas of human concern, also including courses relevant to today’s fast changing scenario in the realm of knowledge. As a premier institution of higher learning the Vasudev Sansthan is committed to academic excellence. With its Motto ‘उत्तिष्ठत जाग्रत प्राप्य वरान्निवोधत ’ Uttitishthat Jagrat Prapya Varannibhodhat.’ , the Sansthan is making rapid strides to meet the challenges of higher education in modern times.

My motto is "उत्तिष्ठत जाग्रत प्राप्य वशन्निबोधत" Arise, Awake, Strive for the highest and be in the light”. It points out to the awakening and fulfillment of the essence of human life. The aim of institution is to give shape to society where human would master forces of nature to lead a life of comfort and live as brothers and sisters and brother shaping the resources of nature and the joys of life. The vision of the college is to produce the value based educated human who have guided with a sense of progressive and modern scientific outlook. So that they may be able to face the challenges of the modern world along with nation building.
The Organization was established in 1916 and since then has played an important role in the promotion of higher education among students of Jaunpur and adjoining areas.
Shri Vasudev Prathamik Shiksha Prashikshan Sansthan stablish in 2012 at Gutavan Jaunpur. It offers BTC (Basic Teaching Certificate) at vasudev sansthan Gutwan
Adarsh Shri Vasudev Inter College stablish in 2002-3 at Gutavan Jaunpur. All Courese (inter-science, inter-artscience, highschool are provided by UP-BOARD (U.P.).
The College started as a B.ed College in 2016 and it is a Post Graduate College(B.ed , BTC). During this decade long journey the college has set up many milestones besides many other successes and achievements.
